Product Specifications:

1. Impact resistance: the maximum impact force of endurance plate can reach 3kg/cm. The impact strength of PC endurance plate is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic plate, and twice that of tempered glass.It falls two meters below the hammer with a 3kg hammer without any cracks, and has the laudatory name of "no broken glass" and "sound steel".
2. Transmittance: excellent lighting, with a transmittance of 85~91%, and its transparency can be compared with glass.Exposure to sunlight will not produce yellowing, atomization, poor light transmission.After ten years, the light loss of UV coating plate is only 6%, the loss rate of PVC is as high as 15% to 20%, and the loss rate of glass fiber is 12% to 20%.
3. Weather resistance: the surface has a co-extrusion layer to prevent the resin from yellowing due to ultraviolet light.The surface co-extrusion layer has chemical bond to absorb ultraviolet and convert to visible light, which has a good stable effect on plant photosynthesis.The outdoors is guaranteed to last a decade.In to 40 ℃ to 130 ℃ scope to keep the stability of the physical indicators.The artificial weather aging test lasted 4000 hours, the yellow degree was 2, and the light transmittance decreased by only 0.6%.
4. Flame resistance: the endurance plate itself does not spontaneously ignite and has self-extinguishment.In compliance with eu ROHS directive and strict UL safety standards, the UL94 fire rating reaches V0, V2 and HB levels.PC board itself ignition point is 580 degrees Celsius, from the fire since extinguishing, burning when not toxic gas, will not fuel the spread of the fire.
5, heat resistance, cold resistance, the temperature of 0 degrees Celsius and 40 ℃ to + 130 ℃ temperature range does not cause deformation and degradation.PC board cold short does not occur when - 100 ℃, 137.3 ℃ when not soften, its mechanics in the harsh environment, mechanical properties, etc. No obvious change.
6. Light hardness: light weight, only half of the glass, 1/3 of the acrylic board, good adaptability and security, easy to handle, drill and cut off, not easy to break during installation, simple and safe construction.
7. Flexibility: according to the design drawing, cold bending can be adopted at the site to be installed into arched, semicircular roof and window.The minimum bending radius is 175 times the thickness of the plate.
8. Sound insulation: PC board has obvious sound insulation effect, which is better than glass and acrylic board of the same thickness. Under the same thickness, the sound insulation of PC board is 3-4db higher than glass.Internationally, it is the preferred material for highway noise barriers.
