We are dedicated to the R&D, production and sale of Apple series lithium ion battery since established in 2012. From the Apple 3 series till now, relying on independent research and development and innovation advantages, our company has mature mobile phone battery industry chain.
Providing Excellent Services
Our company has four automatic production lines, which covers whole series of Apple cell phone batteries, monthly output can reach up to 1 million pieces. We can also meet the customize requirements from all the clients.
We have new automatic production line for batteries, plastic, cutting, protection plate automatic welding and battery silk-screen printing. With the top leading automation equipment, we ensure product quality and production efficiency.
The protection plate of the battery core is produced after high speed SMT patch, unleaded reflow soldering, AOI equipment automatic inspection, 100% functional test, ensure the quality of the battery core device is stable and reliable.
After 100% capacity test, the final product need test again with functional test and visual inspection to ensure the products are qualified.
The mass production will start after short circuit, over charge, high and low temperature cycle test, simulation of installed use, 500 recharge cycles, vibration, free fall, safety performance, and thermal shock test validation.
