Every April and October, Global Sources trade shows welcome volume buyers from some 200 countries who come to find new products and connect with new suppliers from China and throughout Asia.

Senior management, sourcing and or product development executives for the world’s leading retailers, manufacturers, venture capital, and brand owners are among the visitors at our exhibitions. Our shows are also heavily attended by a wide range of small and medium-sized import, wholesale and retail businesses – including a fast-growing segment of Amazon and other online sellers.

Since our shows are dedicated to strategic sourcing, the majority of attendees have purchasing authority — and executive management job titles like Owner, Partner, President, Director and General Manager.

Executives seeking private-label and suppliers’ brands

Much of the business conducted at Global Sources Electronics is “private label” where the brand is owned by the overseas buyer but the physical product is selected from the portfolio of the contract manufacturer in Asia. There is also a growing amount of sourcing where buyers purchase products with suppliers’ brands, packaged and ready to go straight into retail.
